For our Lanzarote bus excursions and day trips, when making your reservation and entering the data of your accommodation or address, the closest pick-up place and time to your accommodation will appear automatically. A photo of the collection point and a map with directions on how to get to the collection point will appear on the reservation voucher.
We do not offer pick-ups at all hotels to speed up the pick-up time for all clients. In the other excursions, once you make your reservation, we’ll contact you to provide you with the closest pick-up time and place to your accommodation.
In any case, in the Frequently Asked Questions of almost all the excursions, the pick-up and drop-off times appears depending on the area where you’re staying.”
- How much and where should I book and pay?
Reservations are always made online, neither by phone nor in person.
During the booking process we’ll tell you how much to pay, since in most cases, unless it’s a group of more than 4 people, a guarantee has to be paid when booking, and the rest can be paid in cash, at the meeting point.
There are basically two payment methods: 1.- Paypal and 2.- Credit or debit card.
- How far in advance should I book the excursion?
If you want to guarantee a spot, book your Lanzarote tours and excursions as far in advance as possible as we can fill all the places for the day you’re interested in at any time. Additionally, if you cancel as far in advance as possible, we will refund you for the amount paid as a guarantee.
- Why book organized excursions and not do the excursions on your own?
Even though you can visit a large part of the monuments and emblematic places within Lanzarote on your own, we recommend excursions with guided tours for various reasons:
- To avoid the long queues that form when entering some CACTs.
- An official guide will give you all the information about the island and the places you visit and will answer any questions you may have. That way, you’ll get the most out of the tour.
- You’ll travel in comfortable buses, always being able to admire the landscape.
- In the Timanfaya National Park visit, even if you go by yourself, in addition to having to buy the park entrance ticket, you’ll have to pay to take the bus tour along the volcano highway. You can’t do it on your own.
- We’ll pick you up and drop you off back at your accommodation or close to it.
- You’ll be able to see more things in less time. The routes are planned to maximize our time and to visit the greatest number of places, while always having more than enough time to see them.
- Can I visit other islands from Lanzarote?
